• The registration fee is £45 ($90 US) per day and includes entrance and lunch. Click on the Delegate Registration button above to register. For North American registrant, payment is by credit card.
  

• Booth fee: £750 ($1500 US) Includes basic booth space and 2 delegate fees for both days.
  • Submit the presentation online on the Call for Participation page. When registering online for these two name badges, enter “Booth” at the Registration Code prompt.

• Presentation fee: £100 ($200 US) Includes 1 delegate fee for 1 day. A complimentary name badge is offered to those who present an educational or demonstration session.
  • Submit the presentation online on the Call for Participation page. When registering online for an demonstration or educational presenter name badge, enter “Demo” or "Education" at the Registration Code prompt.
