2012 International Conference
Registration Notes
- For those sessions submitted after December 31, 2011, the presenter pays only $250 US. This offer is available to Facility members only and for only one presenter per session. Show & Tell presentations are not eligible.
- Fees are waived for International Peer Group Leaders (IPGLs) and International MUSE Board members.
- Annual MUSE membership dues must be paid prior to the February 15, 2012 in order to register for the conference at the preferred MUSE member rates.
- All attendees pay in U.S. funds.
- Register online - payment by credit card only.
- Cost to print a replacement nametag onsite: $25 US.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations, in whole or in part, must be made in writing, and will be subject to a $25 (US) administrative fee.
- Refund amount before March 20, 2012 is 90%;
- Between March 21 and April 30, 2012 refund amount is 50%;
- Cancellations will not be accepted after April 30, 2012.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MUSE webcasts, conferences and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MUSE's use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
