Ozarks Medical Center, a 114-bed community hospital with 23 rural health and specialty clinics, moved from a multiple EHR environment to MEDITECH Expanse utilizing the "big bang" approach. We will discuss the Do's and Don'ts when migrating from different platforms into a unified platform. Topics will include staffing recommendations, data conversions, interfaces, organizational engagement, project branding, and go live support to name a few.
