Bio: Tan leads Kyruus' Sales Engineering and Technical Services function, which includes pre-sales operations and the client side technical functions such as application analysts and solution architecture. His teams support Sales and act as liaisons between the Implementation and Product teams. They lead discovery in defining customer use cases, developing technical solutions, and ensuring implementation scope is clearly defined. He has been in healthcare IT for nearly a decade and a half working at MEDITECH in various roles and a large national health system supporting multiple MEDITECH applications including MIS.
