During this webinar attendees will learn to compare and contrast project management in a traditional setting versus a clinical setting, and recognize the modifications needed to make it work in a clinical setting.
Learner outcomes
:
Examine the difference in clinical customers and conventional customers.
Identify how your role as a project manager must be adapted to successfully facilitate meetings, build relationships and teams in the clinical environment.
Analyze how LEAN and Six
Sigma can successfully be used in the clinical setting, and provide real life project example of these concepts.
