Making Project Management work in a Clinical Setting

During this webinar attendees will learn to compare and contrast project management in a traditional setting versus a clinical setting, and recognize the modifications needed to make it work in a clinical setting.

Learner outcomes:
  • Examine the difference in clinical customers and conventional customers.
  • Identify how your role as a project manager must be adapted to successfully facilitate meetings, build relationships and teams in the clinical environment.
  • Analyze how LEAN and Six Sigma can successfully be used in the clinical setting, and provide real life project example of these concepts.
