During this JAM session members of Morris Hospital will share the progress they have made toward downtime readiness including specific challenges and accomplishments encountered along the journey. The group will discuss upcoming regulatory requirements focused on pushing organizations toward downtime readiness. There will be a discussion of industry trends and resources that can assist organizations with downtime processes.
The goal of the session is for sites to take the information the Morris team is presenting and ask questions, suggest modifications, and use the information to augment their own downtime readiness and workflows.
