MEDITECH Authorization & Referral Management (ARM) JAM Session

We’re inviting MEDITECH hospitals with experience in Authorization & Referral Management to join a collaborative roundtable discussion focused on sharing best practices, lessons learned, and workflow strategies. Our goal is to connect sites that have implemented or optimized ARM so we can learn from one another and help address common challenges together.
 
Discussion topics:

• Real-world ARM workflows and communication between departments
• Best practices for task management, worklists, and oversight
• Configuring dictionaries and matrices to drive automation and accuracy
• Managing complex scenarios: inpatient conversions, late auths, and retro authorizations
• Prior Authorization interfaces, automation, and hard stop setup
• Centralized vs. decentralized authorization models
• Improving point-of-service efficiency and patient readiness
