What is the registration fee for Commercial Members and what does it include?

  • The registration fee for the first attendee from your company is $6,950.  The registration for the second attendee from your company is $2,950.  There is a maximum of 2 representatives allowed from any company, with the exception of the event sponsor. Have one of your customers attend to earn a $1,000 reimbursement! 
  • Hotel accommodation for Sunday and Monday night
  • Welcome Reception on Sunday
  • All scheduled education and Keynote.
  • Breakfast, lunch & dinner on Monday
  • Breakfast & lunch on Tuesday

What is a reverse trade show?

  • A reverse trade show is a twist on the traditional trade show, allowing vendors to visit the tables of hospital executives, for a 10-minute ‘speed date’ to discuss their products and services. Should the executive wish to learn more, he/she could either request the vendor return so they can discuss their solution for an additional time segment, or exchange contact information so that further follow up can be done at a later time.
  • An orientation will be given at the event to outline how the process works.
  • Reverse trade-shows save time for hospital executives and vendors by providing the details needed to move forward on decisions. Many healthcare leaders favor this type of interaction for the efficiency

Can I extend my trip?

  • Yes, additional nights can be booked through muse@museweb.org
  • The room rate is $275 (US) plus applicable fees and taxes.
  • There are a limited number of rooms available at the room rate, once sold out, MUSE cannot guarantee the rate or availability.

Can more than one person from my company attend?

  • Yes, up to two attendees from one Commercial Member company is permitted.

Are there Priority Points for attending this event?

  • Yes, Commercial Members will receive 2 Priority Points for each person they send to this event.

Can I invite my customer to this event?

  • You can invite your customer to apply to attend the event.  
  • If your customer is a Senior Hospital Executive we encourage you to recommend they apply to attend by completing the Hosted Hospital application form. 

How can I be reimbursed $1,000 (US)?

  • If your customer is a Senior Hospital Executive, you can invite him/her to apply to attend the event. Simply have your customer complete the Hosted Hospital application form online. If your customer attends the event (and participates as outlined in the Hosted Hospital Executive Terms and Conditions), MUSE will reimburse $1,000 (US) to the Commercial Member. Ensure your customer indicates on the application form that you invited them to attend. This offer is available to only one customer per Commercial Member. No more than $1,000 (US) will be reimbursed.

Does my customer need to be a MUSE member to attend?

  • No, Senior Executives from all MEDITECH hospitals are eligible, and encouraged, to apply as a Hosted Hospital Executive.

What should I do if I need to cancel?

  • Registrations cancelled prior to November 1, 2017 are eligible for a 50% refund. After November 1, 2017 all registrations are non-refundable.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

  • There is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity for this event, which has been sold.
  • NEW FOR 2018! Commercial Members can sponsor a foursome on the golf course. The cost is $1200 and includes club rentals and balls. MUSE will assign Hospital Executives to your foursome. Golf sponsors can also request an early check in at the resort and arrive Saturday Jan 13. Additional cost is $300.
