Got Strategy? Now What!
Alignment of I.T. Strategy with Business Strategy,
and Industry Drivers |

Last year, the “Senior IT Leadership Council” of the
MUSE Community Hospital convened during the 2007 MUSE International
Conference to begin crafting the IT Strategy Plan for the hospital.
The Council prioritized ten different IT initiatives that the MUSE
Community Hospital was considering and created a plan. As with any
good strategic plans, this plan requires regular revalidation and
refreshment in order to avoid seeing it become shelfware.
Come join us at the CIO Executive Institute workshop during the
2008 MUSE International Conference in Dallas to help review the
strategic plan and validate the initiatives to see if they are still
relevant in our current environment. You will participate in a real
time case study on IT planning and Strategy where you will submit
responses to interactive questions in the presentation via hand-held
devices. You will hear from some key IT leaders on how they have
adapted their strategy plans with the constantly changing healthcare
environment. We guarantee that you will walk away from this workshop
with tools and information that will enable you to continue to align
your IT department’s strategy with your organization’s
goals.
