Fees

  • MUSE offers prices to attendees based on the date registered and registration type.
  • Fees are waived fee for Facility member presenters up to Jan 31, 2011, after February 1 the fee is $300 . This offer is available to Facility members only and for only one presenter per session. Show & Tell presentations are not eligible.
  • Fees are waived for International Peer Group Leaders (IPGLs) and International MUSE Board members.
  • MUSE accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

The Fine Print

  • Annual MUSE membership dues must be paid prior to the February 15, 2011 in order to register for the conference at the preferred MUSE member rates.
  • U.S. funds only.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy
    • All refunds must be requested in writing to registration@museweb.org and are subject to a $25 (US) processing fee.
    • Refund amount up to March 20, 2011 is 90%
    • Refund amount up to April 30, 2011 is 50%
    • After April 30, 2011, no refunds will be issued
    • You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it.  If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. 
    • MUSE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when programs are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. 
    • Substitutions are allowed. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Substitutions must be made in writing to registration@museweb.org
    Regulations
    • I agree not to copy or permit to be copied, in any form or format, the contents of the MUSE attendee roster. I also agree not to use the roster contents for any commercial, marketing, promotional, or political purposes. No solicitation is permitted by anyone except by exhibitors within the confinement of their booth.
    • For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted.Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be evicted from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled without a refund.
    Privacy Policy
    • By registering, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth above including the use of photographic images. Noncompliance will result in registration cancellation without refund.    

Full conference registration includes

  • Access to all learning activities Wednesday through Friday
  • Admission to the Exhibit Hall, the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and the Big Event Thursday evening.  

Tuesday Training Workshop registration includes

  • There is a separate registration form and fee to attend Tuesday Training Workshops.
  • If you select an all day workshop or two half day workshops, lunch is included in the cost of registration.
