We’re back from a jam-packed week in Dallas, where over 750 members of the MUSE community gathered for the 2025 MUSE Inspire Conference – and what a week it was! Between insightful sessions, energizing networking, and the sheer Texas-sized hospitality, we’ve got a lot to reflect on.

💡 Big Ideas from the Big Stage
This year’s keynote, “Our Commitment: Industry, Customers, and Exceptional Service”, spotlighted MEDITECH’s vision for 2025 and beyond. MEDITECH executives Shannon Connell and Rachel Wilkes shared how the company is leaning into AI, interoperability, and cloud strategy – all while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of it all.
Another standout? The Leadership Summit’s fresh take on ROI – reimagined as Return on Imagination. Attendees left feeling inspired to challenge the status quo and collaborate across leadership lines to bring bold ideas to life.
👩⚕️ Community Voices, Front and Center
From the Physician Summit to sessions for clinical and financial users, this year’s conference truly delivered for every corner of our community. The Physician Pulse panel dug into tough topics – burnout, onboarding new talent, data sharing – and offered practical, peer-driven insights.
And for our Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and MEDITECH as a Service (MaaS) members, the dedicated summits brought together like-minded professionals to share implementation lessons, troubleshoot challenges, and network.

👟 MUSE on the Move
Even with all the learning, we made room for fresh air! MUSE on the Run brought together early risers for morning walks and jogs – a fun way to connect while getting those steps in.
