Mentor
On the application form, you will be asked to identify an experienced MEDITECH professional within your organization to serve as your mentor throughout the course. Your mentor may be your CIO, manager, senior analyst, informaticist, application manager, or another experienced colleague who can provide guidance, perspective, and support as you apply what you are learning.
Mentors should have at least three years of MEDITECH experience and a commitment to helping others grow. Mentors can also earn certification.
Need help finding a mentor? If you do not have an appropriate mentor available within your organization, the MCPM team will assist in connecting you with a mentor as availability allows.
