Helen Waters

As Executive Vice President and COO, Helen Waters plays a pivotal role in defining MEDITECH’s strategic direction, and setting operational priorities and overall communication strategies. She is at the forefront of ongoing customer engagement, product direction, business partnerships, and executive oversight within the company. Ms. Waters reports directly to CEO Michelle O'Connor, and they work together to advance new structures, business models, and approaches to health IT. Away from work, Ms. Waters enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Randall Brandt

Randall Brandt, PA-C received his Physician Assistant board certification from the University of Wisconsin Madison and specializes in Family Medicine. He has held the role of Physician Assistant at Mile Bluff Medical Center since he began working at the site in 1995. From 1998 to 2006, Brandt also held the position of Medical Center Urgent Care Director at the site, and has also held the title of Lead Advanced Practice Clinician since 2008. Brandt is married, has five children, and enjoys cycling, traveling, backpack camping, and embarking on off-road adventures.

Rachel Wilkes

Rachel Wilkes is the Director of Marketing at MEDITECH. She oversees MEDITECH's corporate communications, branding, events and market research, and serves as executive sponsor of MEDITECH’s generative AI efforts. Over the course of her MEDITECH career, she has also served in various roles in Marketing and Product Management. Rachel is a Certified Product Manager and holds an MBA from Bryant University.

Mark Snowise

Mark Snowise, MD, Chief Medical Information Officer, Berkshire Health Systems is a board certified family physician in Lee, Massachusetts. He is currently licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts and North Carolina. He is affiliated with Berkshire Medical Center.
