OPENING RECEPTION $20,000 (you can partner with others or secure exclusivity) 

As the exclusive sponsor for the Welcome Reception, all eyes are on you! This is the first scheduled social event of the conference, and it brings all attendees together to network and enjoy the official “kick-off” of the conference. Many special elements of the reception highlight or feature your company, and you will work with MUSE to customize the experience.

THE HEADSHOT LOUNGE $10,000 

The most popular Exhibit Hall attraction is the new Headshot Lounge! Professional profile photos are a highly sought-after service. As the exclusive sponsor, you will be provided a table in the lounge, where you can meet and mingle with attendees while they wait and promote your message.

WELLNESS STATIONS (NEW THIS YEAR!) SOLD

Throughout the convention center, three distinct areas will feature lounges where attendees can relax and recharge. You can sponsor all three ($20,000) or one ($8,000). Attendees must visit your booth to get tickets for a massage, puppy petting, or a fresh juice. Signage will also prominently display your logo.

CHAIR MASSAGES $8,000 SOLD

A relaxing chair massage between sessions? Yes, please! Attendees will head to your booth for their ticket to enjoy a seated massage by a licensed therapist!

PUPPY PETTING $8,000 SOLD

What could be more fun that taking a break between session to cuddles some sweet puppies. Attendees will visit your booth to receive their “puppy pass” and then enjoy petting time!

JUICE BAR $8,000 SOLD

Attendees will enjoy a refreshing, unique and healthy juice treat as they pass between break-out rooms and the Exhibit Hall. This is the perfect opportunity to drive them to your booth for the drink ticket!

Throughout the Convention Center, appropriate signage features advertisements for the conference theme, MUSE Inspires! These ads, highlighting facility conference attendees are placed on signage all throughout the meeting space area. This sponsorship provides you the opportunity to align with this campaign and include your logo and booth number on at least 10 banners.

DOOR HANGERS $8,000

This is your chance to personally connect with attendees and stand out from the crowd. You can design a custom hanger for guest room doors. Encourage them to stop by your booth with a special invitation. MUSE handles all logistics too!

CONTINUING EDUCATION SESSIONS $5,000

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP PODCAST $1,500 (Pre-Conference) (limit 4)

Position your company as the expert in your industry. This podcast will be recorded and delivered to the MUSE membership in advance of the conference so you can also use the opportunity to encourage booth traffic.
