Navigating Patient Financial Services to Increase Revenue

This presentation will highlight how War Memorial Hospital, located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, uses the Financial Status Desktop (FSD) to audit patient charges and reimbursement for maximizing the organization’s revenue. David B. Jahn, President & CEO at War Memorial, will discuss the process, and display his screen to demonstrate the vast amount of information that is available at his fingertips for review. This review has been instrumental in helping the organization find charges that may be missing or items not getting reimbursed. Once these items are discovered, then the organization works to identify the reasons and get them corrected.
