Showcase: Automated Registration Tools

When:  Nov 30, 2021 from 02:30 PM to 03:30 PM (ET)
The COVID-19 pandemic has amplified long-standing healthcare labor shortages, leaving many organizations scrambling for administrative staff. What’s more—many existing staff are burned out, exhausted and in need of a break.

Automating registration can relieve administrative burden, alleviate burnout and allow staff to focus on providing a better patient experience. By empowering patients to complete forms, consents and payments on their own mobile devices, health systems can reduce the time staff spend on manual tasks.

In this session, experts from Phreesia will introduce MUSE members to our digital registration platform by walking through a sample patient journey and staff experience. You’ll see how a patient can request an appointment, update their information, and make a payment from their own mobile device with no log-in or app. We’ll demonstrate how Phreesia uses its bi-directional integration with MEDITECH to automate manual tasks and engage patients in their care, allowing you to make up staffing gaps and boost efficiency—without adding new employees.
